May 26th @ 3:30pm Gault Field Current COVID-19 Guidance If your child has COVID-19 Symptoms there are three options for returning to school. The child will need to isolate/quarantine at home for 10 days, our office staff will give the date in which your child can return to school. (Please contact the front office to excuse your child’s absence) You can obtain a doctor’s note stating an alternate diagnosis and permission to return to school. You can present proof of a negative COVID-19 test for your child and your child has been fever free for at least 24 hours without taking fever reducing medication, and symptoms have improved then your child may return to school sooner than the 10 days. Travel Restrictions for COVID-19 Travel Restrictions for out of State or Country: Non-essential travelers who are not fully vaccinated and don't get tested should stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel. Non-essential travelers who are not fully vaccinated, but receive a negative COVID test upon returning home, should stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Non-essential travelers who are fully vaccinated do not need to quarantine after travel Remember that children are not vaccinated and so quarantine applies to them even if adults in family are vaccinated Donate TK & Kindergarten Registration for 21-22 School year began on February 18, 2021 If your child turns 5 years old between Sept 2- Dec 2, 2021 they qualify for our TK program. If they turn 5 years old between January1, 2021-Sept 1st, 20 21 they qualify for kinder. To start the registration process, you will need these documents: Please come to our front office with these documents and we will help you get the registration started Copy of Immunization Records Immunizations for School Requirements Verification of Age (birth record, birth certificate, baptism certificate, passport or affidavit of the parent, guardian or custodian of the minor) Proof of Residence (PG&E or water bill) Office Hours: Mondays - Fridays 8:00 - 2:00pm Online learning Bell Schedule Kinder 9-12:20 180 Minutes Grades 1, 2, 3 8:30-1:10 230 Minutes Grades 4, 5 8:30-1:15 240 Minutes Students will be expected to login daily for morning meeting, live lessons and independent work.
